Raw Food Diet - Detoxify and revitalize your whole self
Raw Food Diet, raw vegan sources of protein, and healing foods. Ok let’s put our thinking caps on. Raw food? Like uncooked red meats and eggs? where do you get your protein? I get these questions a lot. Think of it this way. Living foods like raw nuts vegetables and fruits provide a whole array of possibilities when it comes to (un)cooking food. In fact a raw food diet consists of food which uses it's own version of cooking using a dehydrator, which cooks the foods at temperatures around 110 degrees. This preserves the natural enzymes in the food preserving all the help that your digestive systems needs. Espescially if you are healing any other aspect of your body. Why go to all this trouble you ask? Well quite frankly I’m glad you asked. When you cook food the enzymes are destroyed. This is also the foods life force. Enzymes are stored in the body and by now it’s a well known fact that enzymes are very beneficial in maintaining good health. Enzymes are typically strolling about moseying around your important cellular systems doing house cleaning. When you eat cooked food those enzymes which are polishing your cells and performing maintenance throughout the body are called to action. The alarm sounds and they all rush away from their much needed task as sort of the janitors of the cellular body, and rush down to the digestive system. Here your reserves of enzymes are continually depleted until eventually you are in need of enzyme supplementation. People in this state of health are often observed to be simply accepting that life is long and fatigued. What’s the cause? Too much cooked food. Too much processed food. Not enough raw living food. This isn't true for everyone who eats cooked food, but if you feel run down, or know you need to heal for any reason at all, you should go on a raw food diet. Being on a raw food diet increases your bodies ability to heal. By providing your body with the nutrition and energy it needs, your body can enter a mode of cellular detoxification. Also if you are trying to detoxify and or cleanse your body you need to supplement this process with a raw food diet. There are plenty of people who simply eat raw everyday because of its benefits, but if you are trying to heal any of your internal systems a raw food diet is imperative. The enzymes in the raw foods provide enogh enzymes to bring the food through the digestive process without tapping into your body's reserves. This allows for your body to begin to restore and balance its enzymes. Your digestive system is the largest system of organs in your body. They must be kept clean and in working order or deterioration will result, as well as inadequate functioning of the bodys internal systems. This is the root cause of most degenerative diseases. Many people find that eating cooked foods makes them tired. Eventually your body runs out of stored enzymes and cant digest food. This means food goes processed but heavily undigested and just sits around inside of you for an inspecific period of time. This is a good reason to do a colon cleanse. When you eat raw food, that is to say, live plants, fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts, a very powerful source of energy is being transferred to you. The Healing Power of Nature becomes directly available to you as a vehicle of your own healing and regeneration. There have been studies reporting full regeneration of bodily tissues by the power of a raw food diet. Imagine regenerating completely healthy organs, muscle tissue, fat tissue and even bone tissues. Sound too good to be true? it isn't. All you need is the will to do it, the rest will be revealed as the healthiest diet on earth. Lets look at protein. Whats all the fuss? Typically carniverous americans on average eat around 60 grams of protein daily. This is actually very damaging to your liver, which would explain the abundance of anger and negativity within the overall aura of the steakhouse filled land. How much protein do we actually need? Gorillas are quite larger than humans and are 100% omnivores. They eat plants and thats it. They are also immensly strong creatures with enourmous muscles. Animal sources of protein are not required for strong lean muscles and in fact any raw foodist will tell you that plant based diets are far more ideal for athletes and anyone physically exherting themselves. Too much protein is actually toxic becasue your liver can only process so much at a time. Proteins dont mix well with starches or fats. So fatty sources of proteins are a bad idea in terms of digesting food well. and those hamburger buns and french fries arent helping much. So what about broccoli? couldnt i just eat a bunch of that? theres protein in that. Yes true. Plants and especially vegetables have alot of protein but they are not a complete source. What I mean by a complete source is that the protein covers a diverse spectrum of amino acids, which are the building blocks of proteins. There are also great supplements like Bragg's amino acid complex, which is a liquid that tastes quite a bit like soy sauce. So where on earth will i find a raw vegan source of protein? The easiest way without getting too technical is to simply make your own. Simply mix sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds into a coffee grinder and voila! a raw protein powder. Most of us arent that hardcore so lets explore the three plant based souces of raw vegan protein. The first and most ecologically friendly is Hemp protein. Believe it or not our ancestors have been using hemp in thier food for thousands of years. Theres a little food for thought. The next source if brown rice protein. Brown rice protein is oftentimes girtty and not so good for smoothies however there are some very good sources of raw vegan brown rice protein. For example, search out sun warrior protein. The third type of complete protein comes from yellow peas. Typically its not easy to find a raw source unless you make it yourself but it is the third well known source of raw vegan protein.
