Green Smoothie Recipe

For this green smoothie recipe you will need the following:

1 bunch of cilantro or parsley1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries or blueberries1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries1 - 2 fresh or frozen bananas1 Mango or pear1/3 cup of reverse osmosis or distilled waterRaw protein Powder (Hemp, Yellow Pea, or Rice Protein)1 tablespoon spirulina powder or super food enhancerRaw Honey or Agave Nectar to Taste

(Frozen fruit is good because you wont need to substitute ice for water. This means your smoothie gets perfectly chilled as you blend; furthermore if you visit a grocery store on their shipment day you can likely find about 20 pounds of older bananas for about 2 dollars, if this is the case just freeze them for this specific occasion.)

Put the banana, mango/pear, and berries into blender with the parsley, add water and blend Once the smoothie is well blended you can add the agave nectar or honey.

When its thoroughly blended add your protein powder and spirulina or super food enhancer. Blend until smooth.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
